Gene expression data analysis

In collaboration with Prof. Satchin Panda, I contributed to another project analyzing gene expression patterns of mice fed under different conditions. I generated gene-gene correlation matrices, contrasted the derived weighted graphs under different feeding conditions, and identified in this way fundamental genes expressed in each condition (a poster on this topic can be found here). This work was included in my PhD thesis.
